Cancellation Policy

You have 48 hrs prior to the appointment to cancel.

You will be charged 15% of the total service cost to book again if cancelled beyond 48 hours.

No Show Policy

20% of service being booked must be paid before booking and will not be refunded.

​

2 no shows and you will not be able to book.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds on personalized services. 

​

You have one week to exchange product.

product is replaced and remaining balance is payed if applicable.

+Gift card can be issued as well.

Color services will be redone at no charge within two weeks as long as correct product and tips are being utilized. ***

​

haircut services will be tailored to your liking at no cost.

 

***products are sold to maintain color vibrancy if you choose not to purchase anything your color will not be guaranteed and you will have to pay for product.
